EAT YOUR WAY TO FABULOUS SKIN
Our skin often tells the story of what is going on inside our bodies. Imbalances of the gut always come through our skin and scalp first. Eating a healthy diet that consists of mostly raw fruis and vegetables high in Omega 3s can help hydrate the skin from the inside and fight signs oaging such as spots and wrinkling. While many have spent thousands of naira on anti-aging products, it may be just as simple by adding these foods into our diets:
Coconut oil

Sweet potato

This is a super spice that is being proven to help reduce cancer rates. This spice is anti-inflammatory and a potent antioxidant which can help treat acne, blemishes, blackheads and dark spots. It is used daily by the women of India and Pakistan as a facial clwanser and exfoliant.
Tomatoes
A pittsburgh-based registered dietitian and nutritionist, Heather mangieri, has said that tomatoes are low in calories, yet filled with nutrients. According to her, tomatoes consist of a variety of carotenoids including lycopene and beta-xarotene; the phytonutrients which play a role in chronic disease prevention.
